Experts Are Growing More Optimistic About the Global Economy, Yet Outlook Remains Weak

53% of chief economists believe the global #economy will weaken in the year ahead, according to a survey by the World Economic Forum, but that’s an improvement on the 72% who thought the same in September 2025.
